Award-winning commercial vehicle contract hire and fleet management company, Prohire Limited has launched its new website, which includes several new features to aid customers with real time account management.

New information areas include legislation updates, best practice advice and accident management support. ProWorld is a knowledge hub for all Prohire customers providing real time updates on the latest and forthcoming legislation affecting transport, logistics and vehicle specification in the UK, along with the latest industry news and innovations. Drawing on the company’s membership of the leading trade associations and participation in Government backed Excellence Schemes, ProWorld is an aid to future-proofing customers ahead of new legislation such as ULEZ and direct vision. Prohire’s awareness of voluntary standards such as FORS and the FTA Van Excellence ensures up to the minute best advice.

The site also improves customer access to Prohire’s accident repair and recovery service, which maximises uptime and reduces the costs incurred when a vehicle is off the road. The accident management package includes everything associated with an incident, from first notification of loss through to third party capture, vehicle recovery, driver and load repatriation, uninsured loss recovery and relief vehicles, as well as returning the vehicle to operation in the quickest and most cost-effective way.

The new www.prohiregroup.co.uk also contains a significantly expanded temperature-controlled area as the company further invests in this sector, winning the top prize for rental and contract hire in temperature-control at the 2019 TCS&D Awards. Well established in the sector with customers such as Wing Yip, National Milk Records and Asco Foods, Prohire has recently made a further multi-million-pound investment in new rental and support vehicles, and in staff training to add to existing core fleet management skillsets.

Commenting on this commitment and the new Prohire website, Group Marketing Manager Michelle Miles said, “We tailor the best all round vehicle, refrigeration unit and support packages specifically to the individual customer’s requirements and we work closely with suppliers including specialist body builders and fridge partners. It is this emphasis which the new Prohire website now reflects, along with the raft of new online customer support services and real time vehicle sales initiatives.”

Prohire supplies commercial vehicles and full fleet support services to a wide range of business sectors including foodservice and catering, chilled food and pharmaceuticals, builders’ merchants, leisure retail and the brewing industry as well as to specialist logistics companies.
