As part of its planned sales expansion programme, leading commercial vehicle company Marshall Fleet Solutions has announced the arrival of two new industry specialists within its national sales team.

Matt Newcombe has joined MFS as Connectivity Manager, whilst Jonathan Wiggins has started at the Cambridge based company as Regional Sales Manager, with both new additions reporting directly to MFS Sales Director Michael Kane.

In his newly created role, Matt Newcombe is working alongside the MFS sales team offering technical support and guidance on our current and future connectivity and telematics offerings.

Well known within the CV industry and specifically within the temperature-controlled sector, Matt joins MFS from Seven Telematics, where he managed a number of high-profile clients. Matt’s previous career was in the heating engineering sector, which compliments the MFS teams’ skills set.

As Regional Sales Manager, Jonathan Wiggins is focussing on the transport refrigeration side of the MFS business, and is tasked with opening and building new relationships for the company, whilst managing and growing a portfolio of existing customer accounts.

Prior to coming on board, Jonathan also worked for leading connectivity company Seven Telematics and, prior to that, Tracker Network UK, so he brings with him a wealth of relevant expertise that will certainly benefit the company.

“Both Matt and Jonathan have arrived at MFS at an interesting time as the company embarks on a major sales expansion programme. In his newly created role at the company, Matt will be ensuring that MFS are at the leading edge of Connectivity in the UK marketplace, whilst Jonathan will bring added dynamism, enthusiasm and proven expertise to our growing sales team,”

said Michael Kane, Sales Director, Marshall Fleet Solutions.
